The only thing this site collects is the email address you give us for early access. Here is what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, when you ask for early access. Nothing else: no name, no phone number, no payment details.

Why, and on what basis

To tell you when early access to Lavora opens, and to send you the occasional update about it. We do this because you asked us to: the lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it for us

We keep the list in MailerLite, the email service we use to send these messages. MailerLite processes your address only on our instructions. MailerLite is based in the EU, which UK law recognises as protecting personal data adequately. Where it or its sub-processors handle your address anywhere else, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. We never sell your address or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until early access ends, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list. You can also email us and we will remove you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it, or to delete it;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these, email hello@lavora.io. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to work. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you, so there is no cookie banner.
